How do I access the course materials and resources?
Course materials and resources can be found under each module’s Learning Activities section in ABET’s learning management system (LMS), log in here.
Will I need to purchase additional resources (books, articles, etc.) outside of the course to complete it?
Purchase of additional resources is not necessary. However, some external resources are suggested for further learning on the topic(s).
Is the course self-paced or are there specific deadlines for assignments and assessments?
I registered for a course, but don’t know how to access it.
Once you register for your course(s), you will receive an email from mailer@workato.com with the subject line “ABET Professional Programs: Enrollment Confirmation.” This includes a link to log in, your username and the ability to change your password, if necessary.
Can I share my course login information with other member of my team or at my institution?
What should I do if I have a question related to content that isn’t answered in the course?
How long does it take to complete a course?
The expected time to complete each course ranges between five and six hours but depends on the individual learner. A learner has a total of six months to complete a course.
When will I receive my digital badge(s) and/or certificate(s) after completion?
Within two weeks of successful completion of the course summative assessment, you will receive an email from ABET Professional Programs via Credly admin@Credly.com, providing information on how you can accept your badge. Click here for a step-by-step video on how to access and manage your badge.
How do I display my digital badge(s) and/or certificate(s) in social platforms?
Once you’ve completed a course and received an email from Credly, you need to accept your badge or certificate before you can add it to your social profile. Click here for a step-by-step video on how to access and manage your badge.
Does my badge or certificate need to be renewed?

Are the courses accessible via a mobile device?
Yes, the courses are accessible via a mobile device. All you need is internet access, time and a quiet space.
Is there technical support available if I encounter issues accessing the course?

How do I reset my password in the Learning Management System (LMS), D2L Brightspace?
Go to your original email from mailer@workato.com and click “Change Password” or go to the LMS log in site, https://abetcert.brightspace.com/d2l/login, and click “Forgot your Password?”

What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not permitted once a registrant has accessed the course(s) in ABET’s Learning Management System, D2L Brightspace. For questions, please contact us at education@abet.org.
In case of emergency or special circumstances, such as a health emergency or military duties, can I renew or extend my course access?

Course content is copyrighted material and intended for your learning purposes only. Content cannot be replicated or shared for personal or financial gain.
What are the payment methods?
Only digital payment is accepted such as payment by credit card or via wire transfer. For more information regarding payment via wire transfer, please contact payables@abet.org.
I need a receipt or invoice. How do I get one?
Can I transfer my enrollment from one course to another?
No, transferring enrollment from one course to another is not allowed. However, if you believe there may have been a mistake in your course registration, please feel free to reach out to us at education@abet.org for assistance. We’re here to help ensure you have the best learning experience possible.
